Loving right now: By Terry Baume De Rose lipgloss, Whittard of Chelsea teas, Zoeva brushes, Yes Nurse hand cream

A few things I've been loving recently, starting off with the By Terry Baume De Rose in lip gloss form. I love the original Baume De Rose in the pot but it's really nice to have it in a user friendly wand applicator with colour. If you've been put off by the pot, this is a great way of trying out this cult product. I do find these different in texture to the original though but I don't mind it. Something else that is really impressive is the Yes Nurse intensive moisturising hand cream. A lovely balmy texture that soothes and protects hard working hands or hands that require a little extra tlc. The packaging is gorgeous and so hype worthy. Another brand that is getting a lot of praise is Zoeva and rightly…

Ombre Mercure Eau de Parfum by TERRY de GUNZBERG

Ombre Mercure EDP by Terry de Gunzberg, part of her signature range, is described as: "Pure seduction, Ombre Mercure is an enchanting blend of iris and violet, which plunges us into the darkness of the night. Noble, powdery, feminine and rare, the scent unveils all the facets of a delicious woody iris. Formulated with the purest iris ‘butter', this olfactive treat flirts furtively with a few petals of rose, ylang ylang and jasmine. This subtle blending gives it softness with the darkness of the patchouli forming the spine of this fragrant composition. Intense, powerful and purring on the skin just like a feline, it reveals camphor-like vapours and a carnal instinct recalling mythical blends of the perfume world. Vanilla, with a base of spicy benzoin, the iris in fusion with the patchouli reveals more femininity.…

The Lip Product Tag!

I absolutely loved buynowbloglater's post on this, so I decided to do it too. I love Lipstick. But I do have a certain preference for a mauve toned pink, I feel the most comfortable wearing this type of lip colour. Favourite balm or treatment Hand down it is By Terry's Baume de Rose. The pinky magical stuff is love, I haven't found anything better. Before my marriage to the Baume de Rose, my favourite was the Gale Hayman lip lift, which I still buy and carry with me, its small size and lipstick form makes it the perfect travel companion. I have also been liking the Creme De La Mer lip balm, (I normally can't stand minty lip balms) and I'm making my way through the Hourglass No 28 lip oil treatment.  …

By Terry Baume De Rose, Gale Hayman Lip Lift, Hourglass No 28 Lip Treatment Oil

Looking after my lips is very important to me, I religiously apply a lip care product to not only help prevent fine lines but to make my love of applying lipstick more pleasurable. In order to get a good lipstick result you must have lips in good condition. Here are 3 of my favourite lip care products. No 1:  By Terry Baume De Rose. The By Terry Baume De Rose is my all time favourite. I have gone through them mercilessly. It's like magic in a pot. I love that it moisturises my lips like no other, for longer than any other product out there. And while I will try out countless products, I always come back to this. It is also worth noting that I am never without a backup of this.…

By Terry Waterproof Color Eye Pencil in 8 Emerald Evasion and 6 Opaline Flash

By Terry's Crayon Khol Terribly is a waterproof pencil eyeliner. It has tremendous staying power in the waterline, is buttery soft and a delight to use. I haven't been able to stop reaching for them! I have a ton of black liners ( a staple ) so I decided to go for green, to compliment my brown eyes, and a pinkish, peachy, beige. The green pencil is truly as the name suggests, a dazzling emerald colour. The Opaline flash is also as the name suggests, an opal flash of colour! They have definitely got the names spot on for these two. Despite the shimmering colours, there is no glitter and they sit comfortably in the waterline. I'm going to wait until a few of my black liners are finished before I buy a black…

By Terry light Expert Perfecting Foundation Brush in no 2 Apricot Light

By Terry make some of my most favourite base products ever. Their discontinued plumping fluid foundation was my holy grail foundation. This is their Light Expert Perfecting Foundation Brush. The foundation is exactly as it is described, a foundation that perfects your face with light in a brush dispenser. It is incredibly lightweight with very little coverage, however the clever formula floods your face with light to give a ethereal  glow that blurrs your imperfections. I have the shade 2 Apricot Light which is an apricot shade suitable for most light and medium skin colours. As there is no heavy coverage the shades are very forgiving. It is worth mentioning that you get 17ml here as opposed to the regular foundation size of 30ml, however this does seem to go a long distance. By…
