A few thoughts on some recent finds.

The result of watching too much QVCUK lately has resulted in all sorts of hauling, including the Code VLM mascara. I’m a sucker for mascaras and the live demo was really impressive. So I ordered the mini size of it. The mascara is decent at separating and doesn’t flake but it doesn’t do anything for me. It is solely being used for the bottom lashes due to its small brush ( as its a mini size, the brush is tiny ) and it quite nicely defines my bottom lashes. On my top lashes I like it as big as it can get it, and this despite the claims doesn’t build any volume. For me at least.

Next is the Lilybeth brow shaper. I don’t use this on my brows, I can’t seem to grasp the idea of it. However it is quite useful in other small areas, and a better alternative to them portable personal shavers that uses batteries.

One thing I am loving is the RMS living luminizer. I absolutely love it. It’s gives the most sophisticated glow ever, much more softer and smoother than the Charlotte Tilbury wonder glow and the Becca skin shimmer.

This shower gel from Caudalie is a real find. It smells heavenly, like a heady perfume. It leaves the skin soft and scented and the price is fantastic.

And finally this cute false lash holder! It holds 3 pairs of lashes securely. These are available in various designs on EBay. I’ve ordered a few more, they are so handy when it comes to storing your lashes.
